Find Tutor (findtutor.tw) is a language-tutor marketplace for discovering tutors and starting conversations. These launch terms explain how the service works and how we handle account data.
Find Tutor helps students and tutors find each other, compare listings, save tutors, exchange messages, and collect reviews. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using the service lawfully.
Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, listing content, prices, locations, qualifications, and availability. Students are responsible for checking whether a tutor is a good fit before arranging a lesson.
Find Tutor does not process lesson bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations, online meeting links, travel details, or lesson delivery. Students and tutors arrange those details directly with each other through messages or another channel they choose.
We process the information needed to operate the service: account email, name, profile picture, language preference, listing content, messages, reviews, saved tutors, OAuth provider basics, and security/session logs.
We use this data to provide the marketplace, protect accounts, show public tutor and review content, deliver service notifications, investigate abuse, and respond to support or deletion requests.
We rely on service providers including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime features; Vercel for hosting; Resend for service email; Google when you choose OAuth sign-in; Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for analytics; and Meta campaign measurement for ad attribution and performance reporting.
